Saco Da Velha, meaning literally the bottom of the bay in Brazilian Portuguese, is also the name of this little corner of paradise of 13 hectares (32 acres), located 15 minutes from Paraty in Brazil. A spring of fresh water flows from the middle of the plot of land and returns into the sea amid dense tropical vegetation. The constructible zone is located along the beach (see development plan).
